The Oppressive Darkness by JollyPen The Oppressive Darkness by JollyPen
Brushes: `Sugargrl14

---

Eye is my own.
Stock image can be found here: [link]
I also have other images free to use here: [link] , along with some other resources.
Program used: GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program)

---

I wasn't really sure what to call this, and spent a while trying out different titles in my mind (as I like to do), so hopefully this is OK. It's better than all the other things I thought of, anyway.
:)

Also, thanks once again to `Sugargrl14 for supplying the amazing brushes that I use on a regular basis.

Made something similar, using the same stock image, here: [link]

---

Edit: I put this in my scraps because I wasn't really happy with it.

Haha, that's so weird - someone else just asked me that same question.
Anyway, I already had the swirly brushes downloaded on my computer from when I was using the Photoshop trial. But then that ran out, obviously, and I found GIMP instead. Then I found this tutorial ---> [link] <--- showing you how to use new brushes in GIMP. Hopefully it'll help you as much as it helped me!

I think they've recently updated it - that might be why. But I'm not sure.
