This one took me ages to make, but I'm pretty pleased with how this came out. I hope the Angel blends in with the background. It looks OK to me, but it's better to hear other people's feedback.
I used GIMP to make this -- took me ages, and I'm still working out how to use it. EDIT: Clouds: Just remembered where the picture of the clouds came from, which is a relief because it's been bugging me all day. Click here for the picture: [link] . It's by grace-stock [link] . I've turned the picture around, of course, and made it a bit darker, I think, and I added the sunshine! But otherwise it's unchanged. Model: [link] by faestock: [link] Wings: GIMP brush by BlaclyStuff, and can be found here: [link] The sun I made was an effect already on GIMP, called Supernova, for anyone who doesn't know and wants to, and the same with the lens flare. (Sorry about the links. I'm still trying to remember how to make the better ones, so hopefully these will do for now.) I still think something's not quite right about this picture, but I can't figure out what. Please contact me if you see something that I can make better. I'm hoping to make more, similar things in the future, but maybe not for a while. It took me ages to make. Sorry about the long, long comment, but there were a few things I wanted to say. So, if you're reading this now, which you obviously are, thanks for reading all of this. Also sorry about the quality. I think I fiddled around with it a bit too much. |
